Tending Your Inner Flame

A Spring Goddess Renewal Retreat

May 17 – 19 at Queen’s House Retreat & Renewal Centre in Saskatoon

Goddess of the Earth,

I would be so honoured if you were to join me for this two day soul inspiring yogini dance retreat for woman. This year, inaugurate Spring through devotional temple dance and yoga. Cultivate and communicate your desire for change and fiery transformation through your own body temple. Seek within and find your personal connection and divine expression of the Spring Goddess archetype. Tend well to the fire within your Soul, for you have been waiting and are now ready to sow your seeds of light, to create and share your beauty with the world.

The ancient temple dance form that I introduce at this retreat honours and respects the body as a sacred temple, while the Goddess resides within. Over the weekend we focus our energy, thoughts, prayers, and dedicated efforts towards harnessing the Divine Feminine power to create positive healthful change in our lives. Some of you may be wondering at this point. . . Do I need to be a “dancer” or have dance or yoga experience in order to attend? The answer is. . . NO!

In this program we dance with symbolic intention and reference to the “dance of life”, to honour our own unique sacred spiral (life) dance as Goddesses of the Earth. This retreat is for all women! It is accessible, powerful, personal, and of service to the whole as your efforts also ignite and tend to the Eternal Flame of The Goddess for one and all.

This weekend is all about your own movement through self-imposed limitation, through the fires of transformation for your transcendental re-birth as you stretch beyond old and outdated comfort zones. Working together we utilize our bodies, minds, and spirits for tending the inner-flame of creative passion and divine sensuality so we can offer our “dance” as a gift and creation of selfless beauty. As we shift from the darkness of winter into the light of summer, let’s dance to celebrate the beauty, strength, and grace of the Spring Goddess archetype within.

Hope you will join me for this beautiful intention, “Tending Your Inner Flame”.

With love and devotion,

The Spring Goddess celebrates the turning of the wheel of the year as the death and decay of winter gives way to a time of renewal and rebirth. In ancient times many festivals were held to celebrate the Spring Goddesses who were associated with flowering, growth and fertility of the land.

Cultivate your ability to Create. Understand the delicate balance and relationship between your time and your energy. Learn the power of routine, consistency, and repetition when making efforts toward greater personal and spiritual integrity. Grow in self-confidence and your willingness to show and express some of your own deep feelings.

It is the time of year to see more of the beauty that is within yourself, in others, and the world around you. It is also a time to tap into your own healing gifts and abilities.

At this retreat you will dance to appreciate your own strength, innocence, purity, inner-truth and beauty. Let us celebrate together, the gift and mirror of nature and move quickly into creating space for Love to live and grow!
