Your individual needs and body-mind requirements are understood by and through the initial Shamanic Healing Session with Robert – a session that serves as a consultation assessment also. Sheena then facilitates yoga classes that aim at meeting those needs to honour your unique constitution, current life circumstances and address any areas of imbalance, dis-ease or disharmony. In this way, what you are receiving is YOGA THERAPY.

This package is based in creative, student-centered education, intentional movement, body wisdom, intuition and the Sacred Feminine / Masculine, where your teacher is a facilitator of health and healing. It is only by awakening one’s connection to their own true source of wellness, inspiration, creativity and divine nature that healing can occur and a beautiful inner-harmony can be felt and found.

Yoga as a therapy with Sheena is derived from her personal experience in the Yoga tradition and the Ayurvedic system of health care based on the five element theory. It refers to the adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and variety of well-being / healthy practices to help individuals manage their current physical, mental / emotional and spiritual condition, reduce symptoms of dis-ease in the body, mind and spirit, restore personal and life balance, increase vitality, self-love, self-respect and body appreciation.

This experience is a FIVE WEEK JOURNEY and process that supports and empowers women and men to progress toward the full embodiment of their Spirit, personal power, divine health and wellbeing.

The practice of Yoga as therapy is aimed at developing self-knowledge through a process of personal witnessing and understanding the self. From a yogic perspective, self-knowledge is health in the most complete sense. It focuses on healing at all levels of the person; physical, energetic, psycho-emotional, and spiritual.
